Referral program information
Sitel’s referral program is officially open to everyone.
If you know the right people with the right skills, you can earn up to 1000 Euros!
• Successful referral is one who has not applied through other means in the past 1 year and who has not given their notice of resignation at the time bonus payment is due.• If a candidate is considered for a position other than the one they have been referred to and has been successful a referral bonus is owned at the amount for the specific position.
• Referral bonuses are only payable for active campaigns.
• If a candidate has been successful for a position or has applied trough other channels after the end of a specific campaign, they shall not be considered a referred candidate.
Payment scheme
After 2 (two) successful months of employment of the referred candidate.
Referral reward
The referral reward differs for each position. For more information check the full list with rewards and positions
HOw to receive reward
Reward will be payable via bank transfer on the basis of a civil contract and is taxable as per Bulgarian labor law.
Referral ffedback
You will receive information only for the candidates who are "hired"
•Referral bonus for the position is 1000 euro for anyone hired until 05.08.2022. Should the candidate be considered for another position with German language in this period the referral bonus payable will be 500 euros.
