For one of our projects in our office in Varna we are looking for passionate and customer oriented Operations Manager with German (Maternity Cover).
• Point of contact for any and all operational aspects of service provision
• Manage information flow into service teams (e.g. team leader meetings)
• Drives the complete support organization and takes responsibility for meeting all contractual targets (SLAs and KPIs)
• Implementation of the tendered services according to forecast and planning
• Service desk management
• Change management
• SLA and KPI target achievement
• Periodic quality and performance reporting to the client
The successful candidate:
• very good command of written and spoken German (level C1);
• good level of English – at least level A2/B1;
• Experience on a similar position;
• Experience in management by KPIs
