Junior Recruitment specialist with German

Our positive and united HR team is on the look for enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. Experience in the field is not required, this role is suitable for juniors in the field of HR but with strong communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Assisting senior recruiters with recruitment duties;
organizing recruitment campaigns with the help of senior recruiters – publishing ads, gathering CVs, organizing and conducting interviews, preparation of evaluation forms, check recruitment tests;
sourcing - to find and identify matching candidates for a target profile using different recruitment channels;
giving timely and constructive feedback to all interviewed candidates – internal and external;
building up, maintaining effective relations and provides regularly updated information to consultancy and recruitment agencies;
participating in job fairs and presentations;
participating in onboarding of new employees in the company;
providing support, information and assistance to colleagues and demonstrates good team spirit to support positive atmosphere;
achieving targets as set by HR Manager;
participating in team meetings, discussions and others;

You would be the perfect match, if you respond to the following requirements:

Very good level of English and German (verbal and written) - at least level C1;
experience on a similar position will be beneficial but not mandatory;
you are in the last year at the university or you have already completed a bachelor's or higher degree in HR or relevant specialty will be concidered as a plus;
very good verbal and written communication skills;
strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
willingness to learn and gain new knowledge;
