RESERVATIONS SALES ASSOCIATE WITH ARABIC, TURKISH, FRENCH OR PORTUGUESE (+ ENGLISH)

Our office in Sofia is based in the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Arabic, Turkish, French or Portuguese customer care specialist for one of our projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing incoming calls from customers for reservations of big hotel chain, modify and cancel already present reservations, answer questions related to the location of the hotels and dates of the reservation;
• Understanding customer’s needs to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
• Give information about the product to existing customers and prospects and handle the inquiries on basics in a case closing manner;
• Chore of gaining information about what customers expect/want from the client and e.g. identifying customer satisfaction;
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
• Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team to provide feedback and suggestions to help the company grow & retain its customer base.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Has an excellent command of spoken and written English (level C1);
• Has very good command of spoken and written Arabic, Turkish, French or Portuguese ( at least B2);
• Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial;
• Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute the solution in line with local procedures;
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
• Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team;
• Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process, and technology;
• Has a proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping.
